This delightful documentary showcases the work of Terry Masear, who has turned her spacious home in the Hollywood Hills into a rehabilitation centre for injured hummingbirds. Bird lovers from all over the Los Angeles area bring the tiny patients to her for help. Terry has built a series of aviaries, from small indoor birdcages to large outdoor living areas for the birds that are getting ready to fly back to freedom. Each bird receives individual care and feeding.
Terry’s ability to communicate and bond with these tiny, jewel-toned marvels is beyond inspiring, and the videography is truly stunning. For those of us who love and marvel at hummingbirds, this true story is not to be missed!
