Pender Harbour documentary filmmaker Dianne Whelan set out with seven Canadian and Inuit rangers to capture one of the largest sovereignty patrols undertaken in the Canadian high Arctic. With temperatures hovering near -50°C, the 2,000 km journey culminates with the Canadian flag planted on the northern most tip of Canadian soil. Singer and narrator Tanya Tagaq provides a mesmerizing soundtrack to the spectacular Arctic landscape.
Dianne will be in attendance to discuss the film and sign her book, This
